Whether you need a weekly drill sergeant or would like someone to help you get started in your first few weeks - let me help you fall in love with fitness!

30, 45 or 60 minute sessions available
Your sessions need to work around you - so hourly blocks are able to be split up in to 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions. (Please note however that I may deem shorter sessions unsuitable for beginners - this is something we can discuss in an initial consultation).

Online or Gym-based
Personal Training sessions can be done virtually or in the gym - depending on your needs and availability. All sessions are catered specifically to you - allowing them to fit with your needs.

Friendly gym environment
If you decide gym-based training is for you then I want you to feel completely at ease! All gym sessions are held at Club Energy, which I am proud to call "Retford's Friendliest gym". With a separate Ladies Only area, an excellent array of gym equipment and a super supportive atmosphere, I have no doubt it will feel like your second home in no time.

Free no-obligation consultation
Before any sessions I always insist on an informal, no obligation, chat with any prospective client. It's so important to firstly know what it is you are looking for & to ensure that I am the best person to help with that. It also enables us to get to know each other a little better before we start and it gives you chance to ask any questions you may have.
